7 Day Kettlebell & Stretch Circuit
I created this circuit to be effective for both beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
This workout program isn’t going to test your limits. That’s by design.
The week will feel like waves of effort - mentally and physically.
You’ll start with a kettlebell flow. It’s difficult but quick.
The next day is dedicated to full body stretching and flexibility. Loosen yourself up.
After that is an active recovery day.
The process repeats in the other direction to build up towards your 2nd kettlebell flow.
Decompress and finish with another day of deep stretches and active recovery.
All you need is a kettlebell.
A jump rope is a nice-to-have on active recovery days but make a substitution if that isn’t your thing.
Push yourself to complete all 7 days.
