What do you get when you combine milk, eggs, and honey?

🥛 + 🥚 + 🍯 = 🤨?!

The greatest, all-natural protein shake ever. Seriously.

This tastes like dessert. It feels like a cheat meal but it’s the exact opposite.

It’s natural fuel.

A few weeks ago I decided to temporarily give up whey protein powder. Think of it as a little biohacking experiment.

I was very gassy and considering the rest of my diet, it seemed like a good first candidate for elimination.

Protein powder is a great tool to help you hit a certain protein target but it is by no means essential.

To help counter that loss in my diet, this natural protein shake has been my replacement.

Here’s the recipe I’ve been using after a little tweaking from @realsolbrah who introduced me to this amazing elixir.

All Natural Animal Byproduct Protein Shake

  • 1-1.5 cups milk (preferably raw)
  • 3-5 eggs (I usually use 4-5)
  • 30g raw honey
  • 1-2 scoops of collagen

All of comes out to 661 calories, 61g protein, 31g carbs, and 33g fat. Not bad!
