The Beginner Guide to Calisthenics

Want to get started with calisthenics?

Good news! I have the perfect video to share with you.

How to get started with calisthenics is exactly what my latest YouTube video is all about.

I remember starting calisthenics because I saw a cool skill on Instagram they called a planche. I didn’t know what it was, but I wanted to be able to do it!

full planche how it all started…

Along the way, I picked up other skills like a handstand and front lever which I never would have done if I hadn’t taken that first step.

Get started.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t really know what I was doing at that point.

  • ⚠️ I wasn't doing the best exercises.
  • ⚠️ I wasn't progressing as well as I could have.
  • ⚠️ My workout routines were far from perfect.

Basically, everything was a mess!

If only I knew then what I know today…

I could have saved myself so much time and effort.

  • ✅ I wouldn't waste my time with useless exercises.
  • ✅ I'd have better goals and milestones to hit those goals.
  • ✅ I wouldn't spend time second-guessing every single decision!

And I’m not talking about physical effort–all the time spent working hard in the gym.

No. Early on in your fitness journey, there’s just as much mental fatigue!

Guess what? Mental fatigue is just as likely to take you out of the gym.

Imagine showing up every day, doing all the hard work, but you quit because of mind games!

My “Beginner’s Guide to Calisthenics” video is my way of helping you avoid that trap!

The video is filled with every bit of training knowledge I’ve earned over my last 8 years of my training.

I wish I had this video when I was just starting out!!

Here are some of the the high level topics I discuss:

  • Big 4 Movements (pushing and pulling)
  • Core Movements
  • Leg Movements
  • Big 3 Workout Splits
  • Strength vs. Muscle (hypertrophy)
  • Build Your Own Routine
  • Beginner Training Templates (free!)
  • Beginner Goals
  • Calisthenics Strength Standards

Trust me, this video is filled with information.

This isn’t a “one-and-done” kind of video. This is one you’re going to want to bookmark and come back to every few months.

🙏 I really hope you consider checking it out! It took me so long to make and I really believe it paid off!
