I would rather go to the gym 2-3x a day and do full workouts before spending 30 minutes stretching. And because I hate stretching...I'm more likely to skip stretching. Not a great recipe for success, right?

Exercise is weird. If you tell someone to run 5 miles they'll hate you and every step of that run. But if you get them to play a game of soccer and run 5 miles in the process, they'll have fun.
