How I Train

There’s a BIG problem on social media.

I’m talking about false information.

You see, some of the biggest names out there don’t show you the real work they do.

Instead, they give you exactly what you want.

Trendy workouts. Viral clips. Quick results.

Why? They know people will click!

I totally get it. The real work is boring. The same stuff on repeat.

When you’re getting millions of views, who wouldn’t?

The good news for you is I can’t allow myself to do that.

Why shoot more (fake) content when I can just record my real workout and let you watch that instead?

And that’s exactly what I did!

I like this approach for a few reasons.

1️⃣ You get to see how I actually train. I just setup a tripod, attach a microphone to my shirt, and start shooting.

2️⃣ You get to hear why I train the way I do. What are my goals? What am I focused on? Why did I choose this exercise?

3️⃣ You get to learn. As I’m doing an exercise, I’ll think about mistakes I used to make or common mistakes I see beginners make. While you’re watching me do the exercises, I’m providing commentary in the background.

The vlog isn’t very long, just over 6 minutes.

It’s not like your usual YouTuber gym vlog with aggressive music and 10 minutes of flirting with IG influencer girls.

I do exercises.

I show you the exercises.

I tell you why they’re good and why you should do them.
